Ik heb net een vraag gekregen voor het ontwikkelen van een web gebaseerd examen systeem. Mocht iemand van jullie geïnteresseerd zijn om hiervoor een aanbieding te maken mogen jullie mij zeker een berichtje sturen met je contact gegeven.

Zelf ontbreekt mij momenteel niet alleen de tijd maar ook de gevorderde kennis in bv php om dit tot een goed einde te brengen.

Hier komen de specs:

The context is the following:

 

· Set up of an on-line assessment tool in a Training Programme (web-based application)

· Large database of multiple choice questions (questions database)

· Questions are linked to skills and proficiency cycles

· There must be an interface with options to select the set of questions (related to skills) for an assessment / test

· Assessment principles: each trainee is to be assessed individually before and after each training course

· Assessment types: there are two types of assessment sought:

 

1. Calibrated assessment: one person is assessed on a set of skills at a given level.

2. Orientation assessment: one person is assessed to explore his proficiency level on a set of skills at all levels

 

· Access for trainees: unique ID & password per person – access to their page and allocated test – nothing else

· Access for administrators: full access

· No other access for other people

· Each assessment / test (one person, one time) must be recorded and the results must stored in a searchable database for audit and reporting purposes

· The results of the assessment must be given back to the individual in a confidential manner and to the administrators in a report format

· The results database must be searchable to produce reports when selecting the trainees (by name or organizational entity and work group), the skills and the proficiency levels - in a format compatible with Excel:

 

1. Summary report: number of people and scores

2. Individual report: person details, tests taken, tests to take and scores

3. Detailed report: listing of all the people selected and score for each question

 

· We should have all the autonomy to modify the content at any moment.

 

The expected services required are:

 

1. Design & test of the tool

2. High-availability of the tool (99.5%) for users

3. Phone assistance during EU business hours for administrators (punctual needs)

4. Ability to make changes to the tool
