What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our blog, website or app?
When registering on our site, as appropriate, you will be asked to enter your email address.We are not keeping track of your IP address on the site itself, since the site is behind a reverse proxy firewall. Firewall logs are purged automatically after 30 days.

We collect information from you when you register on our site or enter information on our site.
How do we use your information?
We use the information we collect from you when you register to optionally send you notification emails about the forum subjects you are participating in.
Some browser support desktop notifications, and the site asks your permission to notify you in this way as well, and keeps this as a user preference.

We dot not use false or misleading subjects or email addresses. We do not send advertisement emails. We include the physical address of our site headquarters in any email we send.
How do we protect your information?
Our website is scanned constantly for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.
We use malware scanning and a rule based firewall, as well as a reverse proxy to achieve this.
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
We implement a variety of security measures when a user enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.
All site backups are encrypted.
Availability of personal information.
You are able to request an XML file with all personal information held from your profile page.
You are at any time able to change your personal information in your profile page.
You are able to see any contribution you made to the forum by using the forum search engine.
The right to be forgotten.
When a user requests to be forgotten, we delete all posted content from this user, we can optionally anonymise posts so the threads/conversations are still comprehensible.
By default, we keep the user information for as long as the forum site will continue to exist. Unless the user requests to be forgotten, of course.
It is technically impossible to remove forgotten user information from all our backups, but if requested, we can keep track of forgotten users by removing them again, in the case we have to restore from a backup.
Do we use 'cookies'?
You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser settings. Since browser is a little different, look at your browser's Help Menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies.
