Niet direct een oplossing maar misschien toch een tip. Steek alle contactpersonen, vakhandels en instellingen in één tabel. Met een extra veld 'soort' kun je aanduiden over wat het gaat.

Dit zal alvast de structuur van je db vereenvoudigen.
