De Filemaker 8 Service stoppen lukt niet

Beste FMers,

 

Ik kan de Service van filemaker 8 niet stoppen, hij blijft hangen bij word gestopt. Daana krijg ik een foutmelding: Fout 1053. Ik moet de service kunnen stoppen om de DB bestanden te kunnen kopieeren.

 

Weet iemand van jullie waar dit probleem aan kan liggen of hoe je het kan oplossen?

Dit probleem is maw herkenbaar. Kort samengevat: sluit eerst alle databases en stop dan FileMaker Server door met je rechtermuisknop op FileMaker Server te klikken en dan 'Stoppen' te kiezen. Met de FMS 8.Ov4 is het mij onlangs voor de 1ste keer gelukt om het netjes te doen op Win Server 2003.

Het kan te maken hebben met de regionale settings van uw server:
