Default mailclient postbox werkt niet

Ik heb een applicatie die mails verstuurd vanuit de default mailclient.

Maar nu is er op deze mac het mailprogramma "Postbox" in gebruik, en filemaker wil hem (haar) maar niet gebruiken om mails mee te versturen.

iemand al een gelijkaardig probleem gehad ? of een omweggetje ?

Heb je in de voorkeuren van het Mac-programma 'Mail' aangegeven, dat Postbox het standaard-e-mail programma is?

Ja hoor, dat is allemaal gebeurd. wanneer ik deze instelling terug wijzig naar apple mail, doet ie het in Filemaker prima.

To send email, you must have an internet connection. In addition, to send mail through an email application, you must have the following configurations.

 

 

Windows:

•

A [Mail] section in the Win.ini file.

•

Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Outlook Express and Eudora installed and configured properly.

 

 

Mac OS:

•

Mac OS X Mail or Microsoft Entourage installed to send email with FileMaker Pro.

•

Internet system preferences configured for use with one of the supported mail applications.

•

If you use Eudora 5, start the Eudora application before performing this script step.

 

en ik vrees dus dat PostBox niet wordt ondersteund...
